4. গরম অংশে সোল্ডার দিন, টিপে নয় – গলে গিয়ে সহজেই মিশে যাবে

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা:

• টিপ সবসময় টিন দিয়ে মোড়া রাখা উচিত

• শক্ত অ্যাসিড জাতীয় ফ্লাক্স ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ

• সোল্ডারিং টিপে হাতুড়ি বা ফাইল ব্যবহার করবেন না

• টিপ কালো হয়ে গেলে পরিষ্কার করে পুনরায় টিন লাগান, তাপমাত্রা ২৫০°C রাখাই উত্তম

• ইলেকট্রিক অংশ খুলে ফেলা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ

• প্রথমবার ব্যবহারে সামান্য ধোঁয়া উঠতে পারে – এটি স্বাভাবিক, ১০ মিনিটের মধ্যে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে

How to Use for Welding:

1. Clean the components to be soldered.

2. Clean and “tin” the soldering iron tip with solder.

3. Heat the components (not the solder directly).

4. Apply solder to the heated parts and allow it to melt and flow smoothly.

Important Notes:

• • Always keep the soldering tip tinned to prevent oxidation.

  • Avoid using strong acid flux for soldering.

  • Do not file or hammer the soldering nozzle.

  • If the tip turns black due to oxidation, clean it and re-tin it at around 250°C.

  • Never disassemble the electrical parts of the soldering iron.

  • Initial use may cause slight smoke due to the heating element – this is normal and will disappear in about 10 minutes.

  • Always use with an iron stand and allow the iron to cool naturally.

  • If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by authorized technicians to avoid risk.
